JBA to Play Active Role in 2023 Collaborative Science of Home Visiting Meeting
JBA staff will present on emerging research methods and topics in the field of home visiting next month as part of the 2023 Collaborative Science of Home Visiting Meeting. The May 10 event is the eighth such meeting hosted by the Home Visiting Applied Research Collaborative (HARC) and the third to be held virtually.
Executive Vice President Jill Filene—a member of the HARC leadership team—will moderate a session on advancing equity through partnerships. As part of that session, Senior Research Associate Tess Abrahamson-Richards will recount using a participatory process to create a conceptual model with tribal partners through the Multi-Site Implementation Evaluation of Tribal Home Visiting.
Research Associate Heather Johnson will participate in a panel on building the home visiting precision paradigm, which uses research to identify aspects of home visiting that work for particular families and contexts. She will be joined by Lori Burrell and Rebeca Fauth from Johns Hopkins University and Tufts University, respectively.
Event registration is available online.
