JBA to Work on Opioid Recovery Housing Project

JBA has been contracted by the Fletcher Group to provide consultation on program evaluation for a 3-year cooperative agreement. The agreement will establish a national Rural Center of Excellence on substance use with a focus on recovery housing.

As part of the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration’s Rural Communities Opioid Response Program, the Center will support public health entities, practitioners, and leaders in rural communities to address substance and/or opioid use disorders with evidence-based practice in prevention, treatment, and risk reduction. The Center will provide technical assistance to establish housing and treatment options for low-income and high-risk individuals, including those involved with the criminal justice system.
