Webinar to Share Results From the Reasonable Efforts Findings Study
On November 13, join JBA and our partners at the American Bar Association Center on Children and the Law to learn about the Reasonable Efforts Findings Study (REFS) as we highlight results from this multisite, multimethod study exploring judges’ reasonable efforts findings. REFS sought to understand factors associated with judges’ reasonable efforts decisions and how reasonable efforts decisions relate to case outcomes. Learn about the study methodology and the primary methods used to explore reasonable efforts findings and how they relate to the likelihood of reunification and time to permanency. The significance for legal professionals will also be discussed.
Registration is now open.
