Joye Griffin Taylor, M.A.
Senior Communications AssociateJoye Griffin Taylor has more than 20 years of strategic communications experience across multiple sectors, including education, finance, technology, nonprofit, and public health. She excels at translating complex information into plain language and spearheading project- and company-wide branding, communications, and marketing efforts.
At JBA, Taylor supports project teams in developing publications, podcasts, and videos aligned with client objectives and timelines. She also creates and implements project dissemination plans by identifying target audiences, processes, and communication channels. Her work spans JBA’s Child Welfare, Tribal Evaluation, and Child and Family Development practice areas—as well as corporate communications.
Prior to joining JBA, Taylor was a communications lead at Columbus Technologies and Services, Inc., where she developed and implemented innovative communications strategies to promote cancer research and public health initiatives. She also served as a strategic advisor to leaders and staff at a national health agency.
Taylor received an M.A. in corporate and organizational communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
