The William J. and Dorothy K. O’Neill Foundation

Since 2018, The William J. and Dorothy K. O’Neill Foundation has supported organizations and communities working with children and their caregivers through its two-generation (2Gen) Deep Impact Grantmaking strategy.

JBA has been contracted to evaluate the strategy’s perceived impact on families, organizations, and policy; document and share our learnings with the field; and recommend potential refinements to the funding strategy via a final report.
