Support for Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Awardees to Build Capacity for Performance Measurement and Continuous Quality Improvement
Accurate and timely data are critical for documenting program performance and improving practice.
However, MIECHV awardees vary widely in their experience, expertise, and capacity to plan and implement effective performance measurement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) systems.
This project delivered universal and targeted technical assistance and training to MIECHV awardees to build their capacity in performance measurement and CQI. JBA provided guidance and responsive services on—
- Development of performance measurement and CQI plans
- Aggregation, reporting, and analysis of performance data
- Best practices in building capacity in these activities among awardees and subrecipients
We collaborated with other MIECHV technical assistance providers to ensure consistency; avoid duplication; and leverage time, expertise, and strategy.
