Palm Beach County Nurse-Family Partnership Implementation Evaluation: Final Report

Nurse-Family Partnership is an evidence-based prenatal and early childhood home visiting program for first-time, low-income mothers.

This report presents the findings of an evaluation of the implementation and fidelity of Palm Beach County Nurse-Family Partnership in Florida.

The evaluation examined six areas: referrals and enrollment, client characteristics, intervention context, staff development and support, program monitoring and use of data, and agency support. It found that Palm Beach County Nurse-Family Partnership successfully implemented the core components of the program model with fidelity and met or exceeded most of the implementation objectives.
