The plan-do-study-act (PDSA) process is a cornerstone of continuous quality improvement, which awardees of the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program must incorporate into their activities.

PDSA uses sequential cycles to test and adapt changes that may lead to improvement.

This presentation explains the importance and process of PDSA and shares examples in home visiting programs.
